Are your product safe to use?  “my sponge is bleeding dye” What is going on?

Don’t worry, Tish has chosen to use non-toxic, water-soluble dyes. For this reason, your sponge may shed dye for the first couple of washes. Once you squeeze the water out of the sponge, the excess dye is removed as well. The dye does not transfer to the skin.

 

Do you test on animals?

Our products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test products on animals.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code is permitted per order.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Where does Tish ship?

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed and shipped out the following business day. If you are having issues with the tracking, feel free to reach out to info@tishbeauty.com

 

Please keep in mind that it will takes 1 - 3 days for the logistic company to send your products within Jabodetabek area. It might requires more time to ship out of Jabodetabek
